Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship everywhere in the world. Besides, all items will be automatically shipped to the address entered upon checkout, so make sure you have entered your address correctly. Thank you.
Do you accept credit card/debit card/PayPal?
Yes, I accept credit card, debit card, and PayPal. And even if all prices are in Euros, all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.
Do you accept other currencies?
Yes, even though all prices are listed in Euros, all currencies will be accepted at the current exchange rate.
When will my Artwork arrive?
Items are shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery times are 1 to 3 days for France, international deliveries arrive within 5 to 10 working days after shipment.
How are the Artworks packaged ?
Depending on the art size, I will ship the original illustrations in rigid shipping tubes or Cardboard envelops. Then, all artworks will be wrapped in crystal sheets to best protect them. They are hand-packaged to get them to you in the best shape.
The smaller pieces (like simple portraits or prints) will be placed into a protective plastic sleeve and shipped flat inside a rigid envelope
What supplies do you use ?
I use mostly Canson tinted or Strathmore Toned tan paper to work on. Then, for my illustrations, I use tinted 160g/m2 sheets with honey comb surface. For the smaller portrait I use fine grain 90/m2 Canson sheets. Then the other materials are Promarker and Brushmarkers, Polychromos and Caran d’Arche color pencils, Micron pen, acrylic paint and ink ans Posca pen. Finally, I also use any other supply that could add beauty to the art piece.
What is the return/refund policy?
Since these artworks are only originals, I don’t accept refund. Nevertheless, I can accept an exchange with another item with equal cost. In that case, you will have to return the first item in perfect condition, in its original wrapping, and the shipping wills be at your expense. I will also charge you 30€ for the shipping of the new item.
Regarding the commissions, I don’t accept any refund since the commission is created in collaboration with you, and is your personnal project.
